The Vein Care Center has two convenient locations serving the Chicagoland area. Call the office closest to you. Our own staff will find you a time, verify your benefits, and confirm the appointment with you by phone. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or visit an emergency department.
Book by phone
We schedule every appointment by phone, on purpose. Appointment lengths vary from patient to patient, and a person who knows the practice will match you to the right amount of time at the right office. Call, and our staff takes it from there.
- Our own staff answers the phone during office hours. No call center.
- Your benefits are verified by a person before anything is scheduled.
- The physician who evaluates you is the physician who treats you.
- Calling outside office hours? Leave your name and number and we will call you back the next business day.
