What this policy covers
This policy describes what happens to information when you visit theveincarecenter.com. It is separate from the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive as a patient, which explains how we handle your medical records under HIPAA. If you have questions about your medical information, call the office.
Information we collect on this website
This website has no booking, contact, or intake forms. We do not ask you to type your name, phone number, health history, or insurance details anywhere on the site. Appointments are made by phone, and anything you tell our staff on the phone is handled as a patient record, not as website data.
If you email us at info@theveincarecenter.com, your message is handled by our office. Email is not a secure channel for health information, so please keep any medical details for a phone call or a visit. See our HIPAA notice.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits, see which pages are read, and see whether the call buttons are used. It is configured with Google Signals and advertising personalization turned off. The only extra detail it records is which office a call button points to. It does not receive your name, your phone number, or anything about your health, and it is not loaded on the pages about cost, insurance, or referrals.
Google Analytics sets cookies (their names begin with _ga) so that repeat visits from the same browser can be counted once. You can block them in your browser settings or with Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on, and the site works the same either way.
Third-party services on the site
Our location pages embed Google Maps so you can see where each office is. The site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts and links out to our Google reviews. When your browser loads those elements, Google receives your IP address and standard browser details, as it would on any site that uses them. Google’s own privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
What we do not do
We do not sell or share visitor data. We do not run advertising trackers or retargeting pixels on this site. We do not use your visit to build a profile of you.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we add a feature that changes what the website collects, we will update this page and the date below before it goes live.
