Referring a patient to The Vein Care Center
For podiatrists, primary care physicians, wound care clinics, and dermatologists in the western suburbs and North Shore. We evaluate your patient with an in-office ultrasound and consultation in one visit, treat the vein in the office, and send you a written report. Your patient stays your patient.
When to refer
Leg symptoms that are not explained by the foot, the joint, or the skin are often venous. Refer when you see:
What your patient gets

Refer a patient
Call either office with the patient’s name, phone number, and insurance, and our office will call the patient to schedule. Or fax a referral with demographics and insurance to the number below.
